Link found a Roc's Feather inside the chest! This made him feel as light as a feather, and he somersaulted into the air. He ran fast and true to the chest to avoid them. To Link's relief, the room on the other side was fairly barren.ĭown a long hallway, Link saw a treasure chest ceremoniously protected by two bladed trap. Link traversed to the left, and took the final ladder there to another room. Belly exposed, Link destroyed it in two attacks, and felled the other similarly.ĭestroying both enemies revealed a hidden stairway, which, obviously, Link took!īeneath the secret staircase was a room filled with ladders and, oddly, Goombas. Link lifted his shield immediately to block the blow, knocking the creature over. Into the next room to the left, Link was met by a spikey-shelled turtle careening in his direction. Strategically, Link backed them toward the holes, and they jumped back and fell in when he swung his Sword.īe ready with your shield as you enter this room! Shield up, he swiped with his Sword, and noticed they jumped back to avoid him. Link took out the Keese first, and then turned his attention to the more formidable fiends. In this room, the two piles of bones animated into full-blown skeletons!, called Stalfos. Instinctively, Link turned to the right, and headed through the doorway. A treasure chest appeared with the second small key. With no threat left in the room, Link cautiously stepped on the large switch. Shield out, he pushed this one into the unknown like he had the others. Link made easy work of the two red Zol (the slime-like enemies) then quickly ran to the other side of the U-shaped hole to face the armored foe. Key and Compass in hand, Link returned to the entrance room, then headed north from there. Your controller will rumble and a jingle will chime now when you'r nearby a Small Key! They Compass also marks where chests and bosses are on the Map.
